In today's fast-paced digital age, many people, especially seniors, feel unsure or even afraid of technology. Camp Tech Trek provides a fun, supportive, and educational environment to address these concerns head-on, empowering participants to use their mobile devices, laptops, and PCs for both practical needs and exciting new activities.

What's a CTT Help Desk?

Our informal help desk staffed by two CTT staffers provides basic tech support for 1-2 questions for each of your members. They may bring mobile device(s) in for our staff to help them trouble-shoot issues or learn how to make basic updates, security enhancements, or quick tips to use devices better for their lifestyle.

We work with your community event organizer to schedule a series of 4-6 free helpdesks over 2-3 months and help you market the free community support so that you provide more value to your residents.

What are community talks?

Short monthly overviews or group talks on current tech topics. You can schedule one (1) overview on each topic and one (1) group talk annually, free of charge. Other overviews and talks can be scheduled for a nominal fee.
