From the 8th grade, Jay Darby has spent the majority of her life engaging with her community through volunteering time with our local communities most vulnerable members through creative expression and empathy. Even going so far as to win the Tempe MLK Jr award in high school for peer work as a mentor for both disenfranchised and disabled youths.
Now, as an adult, she continues to want to empower her community to feel confident in everything they do, including how they engage with their devices. As the Activities director for Neo Outcomes' Camp Tech Trek, she uses her experience in Video editing and Audio production to help deliver that same message through the videos you see on our social media.

With a background in Audio engineering and live music; and as someone who grew up alongside the internet. Will has seen first hand how our world has been shaped, changed, and evolved alongside technology. Will advocates for taking a mindful and thoughtful approach to how we can utilize and co exist with technology to be our best selves both digitally, physically, and beyond!
